Job Description



•         The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is a customer service position with a primary focus on helping our customers save energy and money without sacrificing comfort.

•         A CSR must be comfortable speaking to and promoting the programs offered in their area. Prior building science knowledge is a plus but not required. We train all CSR’s on building science basics.

•         To be successful in this position the CSR must be friendly, professional and genuinely interested in the needs of our customers.

•         The CSR is responsible for receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls. Prior experience in responding to web inquiries, communicating with customers via email or providing customer service via chat is a plus and may be required.

- Minimum education requirement - High School diploma or GED

Must be able to:

•         Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system.

•         Maintain high levels of confidentiality.   

•         Being self-motivated, responsible, punctual and curious are all keys in this role.


•         Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer facing environment required; Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred

•         Sales oriented with focus on customer service satisfaction.

•         “How can I help you?” attitude

•         Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment
