Job Description Summary

CLEARESULT is seeking a Program Analyst to join our program team in our Seattle office. This role is approximately 60% office based and 40% field based in the Puget Sound area. As a Program Analyst for CLEAResult, you will support program implementation and will gain exposure to the inner workings of a successful, growing company in the booming energy efficiency industry. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting goal attainment for our programs and assisting teams.

Utilizing your strong project management and communication skills, attention to detail, and deadline driven approach you will provide quality deliverables to stakeholders internally and externally. You will be responsible for guiding customers and contractors through the application process for several complex program measures such as air sealing and large lighting retrofits. As a result, this position requires a strong technical understanding of building science and commercial and residential lighting systems. Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification is highly recommended. You will work closely with these customers to ensure project paperwork is accurate and will also perform onsite quality control inspections at locations throughout the Puget Sound area. Additional duties include supporting the program team with forecasting and ad-hoc requests. Knowledge of the Multifamily building market is preferred.

You will be overseeing multiple projects with varying timelines and working collaboratively with a diverse program team to meet program goals. Additionally, you will assist with tracking projects across multiple systems, reporting on them, and determining deficient information on a granular level - thus your experience with a variety of technologies, including Excel and basic database structure, will be helpful.

Your strong organizational/project management skills, professional demeanor, customer service skills, and ability to effectively manage competing priorities will round out your skill set for success. Finally, your passion for energy efficiency, data management, and “can do” attitude will make you a great fit for our high energy team. We love what we do, and if you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will learn and do something new every day, come grow with us!
