Job Description Summary

Quality Assurance – Manages and controls processing of rebate / incentive applications and claims for energy savings programs, to ensure that contractual obligations are met, claimed energy savings is reasonable, and payments are properly calculated, approved, paid and recorded. Addresses disputed rebate claim data. Prepares and reviews required documentation. Ensures that standards for contract proposals, including contract clauses and attachments, are observed, and that rebates offered are in compliance with programmatic guidelines. Coordinates the review and revision of procedures, specifications, and forms. Provides input on quality control procedures and documentation. Ensures timely payment of incentive invoices and end user incentives. Performs systematic quality assurance verification.

Customer Service – Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and stakeholders. Enters and maintains incentives database(s). Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures. Documents conversations with customers, recommends products or services to customers, and advises on program incentives. May be assigned product, program, region or customer accounts. Communicate and resolve disputed rebate claim data. Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.

3-5 Years; High school or Associates Degree

Key Responsibilities:

- 35% Provide input and processing of rebate applications into multiple proprietary databases. Provide customer care. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
-20% Provides guidance to the Incentive Processors in handling escalated issues/questions in processing rebates. 
-10% Schedules and assigns task to appropriate Incentive Processor in processing rebates.
-10% Trains Incentive Processors on new or existing work.
-10% Reviews data entry to ensure accuracy.
-5% Maintains Incentive Processing Work Instructions and new applications on SharePoint.
-5% Acts as a Pulse support to team(s).
-5% Creates weekly internal reporting.
