Job Description Summary

• The Incentive Processing Supervisor oversees a team of Program Assistants to provide smooth program operations and delivery to clients. The ncentive ProcessingSupervisor participates in the development of program guidelines and policies and adherence to those guidelines. Develops training materials and tools as well as responds to client, customer and contractor inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities:


•         Oversee operations team and directly supervise Program Assistants to ensure work is completed in a timely manner


•         Ensure program delivery follows established program guidelines


•         Track staff performance to ensure data accuracy and consistency


•         Verify accuracy and completeness of incentive payment approvals.


•         Track the status of active projects to ensure progress toward completion occurs in a timely manner.


•         Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required to meet program specifications.


•         Prepares monthly invoices.


•         Assist in data management process to ensure data entry is accurate and follows the client’s process.


•         Oversees customer resolution issues. Ensures that calls and customer issues are documented in program database.  

Qualifications:


•         HS Diploma or equivalent education required. College education preferred


•         2-4 years of previous program operations experience in an office environment is a must.


•         Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.


•         Detail oriented, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines within short timelines.


•         Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications and previous database experience are necessary. Strong Excel skills required.


•         Strong oral and written communication skills.


•         Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.


•         Interest in energy efficiency and/or building science is preferred.
