Job Description Summary

• Act as owner and administrator of assigned application(s).
• Provide application and system support to all employees for assigned application(s).
• Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues as needed. Resolve issues or identify escalation to Workday Administration team or vendor. Own issue until resolved.
• Analyze application incidents to identify root cause.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure successful installation and validation of vendor-provided upgrades and patches.
• Process change requests for modifications to the application configuration or integrations.
• Assist in development of application roadmap and work with Manager, and Workday Administration to set priorities.
• Manage large projects to build new functionality, workflows, processes, integrations and/or reporting in the application including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user documentation and training.
• Develop and maintain all user documentation related to assigned application(s) or workflows, including policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationship with vendor to resolve application issues and ensure that CLEAResult’s needs for new functionality are considered in future releases, including through participation in Workday Community, User Groups, etc.
• Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
• Support data mapping for system integrations
• Ensures all corporate and regulatory policies and controls are adhered to.
• Develop and maintain security administration

Job Description

  • The Integration Developer takes ownership of all Workday integrations – design, build, test, maintain, document
  • Communicate with internal CLEAResult stakeholders to gather project requirements, communicate timelines, and ensure final deliverables meet organizational needs
  • Utilize Workday Studio to both create new integration solutions and update existing integrations
  • Create Outbound/Inbound EIB, configure Core Connectors, and communicate which type of integration strategy best meets the task at hand
  • Design Workday reports and calculated fields to support integrations via RaaS
  • Work closely with our internal Workday team, coordinating integration requests and providing frequent status updates
  • This role calls for a deep knowledge of Workday integration design patterns and the ability to communicate with non-technical users

Additional Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Systems or related field
  • 3+ years implementing Workday integration solutions
  • 3+ years Human Resource, Payroll or Financial software application experience
  • Well versed in XSLT, web service, SOAP, REST
  • Workday Studio experience, both developing and maintaining
  • Workday report writing and calculated fields
  • Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Business Intelligence Reporting Tool (BIRT)
