Job Description

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for leading our efforts to coordinate support team in all their daily activates and communicating with business. This person reports directly to Support Manager. This will be supporting the Salesforce platform so Salesforce experience is required.



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Set up and lead daily support triage calls and release readiness meetings
  • Prioritize, assign, follow up on all support tickets
  • Escalation, ticket updates, communication, impediments clearing
  • Coordinates release process (Change management & Release notes)
  • Provides daily updates to business on the status of tickets
  • Follow support process and provides feedback to improve the support process


Skills and Competencies:

  • 4 years of experience in any coordination role
  • Relevant experience in understanding complicated IT applications
  • Demonstrated experience with project management tools and development status tracking tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • Computer Science or Similar Degree, and/or 4 years’ equivalent work experience.

Travel:

  • Travel is not required
